*Represents 5%. The first nickel of every dollar collected. **Based on project value and the church’s historical ability to service debt. It is estimated that UBC could borrow up to $8,000,000 on a permanent loan to assist in financing the project. However, at today’s prevailing rates, interest would cost us approximately $70,000 per year per $1,000,000 borrowed. It is our goal to own this building, free and clear, as soon as possible in an effort to make sure monies which should be spent in ministry and missions are not going towards interest payments.
