UBC is not a building, but rather a congregation of unique people nobly created through God’s handiwork.

As his children, God has blessed us all in some way and each has an opportunity to share in His work. No gift is too small and every offering is honored by God and us. Whether it be $10 per week (which amounts to $1500 - $3000 over a 3-5 year period) or $500 per month ($18,000 - $30,000), we cannot reach our goal without your participation. Please seek God’s will for you in this area through prayer. Take hold of the blessings He wants to pour out on you in response to your faithfulness!

A. Cash

• Through offerings every Sunday
• “ Online Giving”
• Set up an automatic debit from your bank to the UBC RE Campaign Fund

B. Expanded Giving Options & Non-Cash Assets

• Real Estate – land, houses and other property
• Business Interests – full or partial in closely-held businesses (LLCs, S-Corps, Partnerships, etc.)
• Restricted Securities – public securities with sale restrictions
• Loan Notes – money owed through loan notes
• Life Insurance – term, whole, universal or variable
• Retirement Plan Interests – 401(k)s, IRAs or pension plans
• Personal Property – royalties, copyrights, patents, etc.
