[Q.3.] Where is the money for this project coming from?
[A.3.] 1.) We have $5.0M on hand now from the Homeward Bound campaign; 2.) We will continue to receive Homeward Bound contributions through the end of that campaign; 3.) We budget just under $400K/year in our church budget to go toward the new building; 4.) We are currently in conversations regarding the sale of the Coral Gables properties, 5.) Borrowing, if any, from lenders for construction financing and/or permanent financing, and 6.) Giving generously and sacrificially to the RE campaign.
