[Q.5.] How long will the construction take?
[A.5.] We anticipate the construction to take about 18 months from the time we begin. We have already obtained a permit for the site-work and have just about completed that (as of February 2008) in preparation for “going vertical” when we have the building permit and financing (if needed) in place.[Q.6.]
