[Q.1.] What will we actually build from the financial gifts?
[A.1.] We will build according to the approved building plans as prepared. Our total facilities include: 1.) Preschool, Children, and Youth areas with increased space and environments created for their specific needs; 2.) A FamJamz theatre with seating for 200 children and 400 adults; 3.) 6 fully equipped Adult classrooms for training and adult life development; 4.) administrative offices for our church staff, 5.) a Worship Center seating 1800 (800 on the flat floor near the platform and 1000 in “stadium” seating just beyond that), 6.) a commercial grade kitchen, 7.) a bookstore, 8.) a Chapel to seat 275 for weddings and funerals, 9.) a multi-purpose/gymnasium area with a full stage; and 10.) a central Atrium of about 9000 square feet which will serve as a meeting place/reception area in the center of the facilities. Total square footage of these areas will be 185,000 square feet which is over triple the square footage of our Coral Gables facilities.
